Retired solicitor Tony Bennett has failed in his bid to issue a summons against Gerald and Kate McCann for offences to do with section 1 of the Children and Young Persons Act 1933. Which makes liable anyone aged 16 and over who is in charge of a minor for their safety.

It has been refused as the court didn't have the necessary jurisdiction. C'mon lad you should have known this, I suspect self promotion.

That's what happens when the crime occurs in a 3rd world country like Portugal. Mr Bennett who is a qualified social worker was concerned that no action was being taken to prosecute the McCanns for child neglect .

No shit mate, since the abduction of Madeleine McCann which happened on the 3rd May this year its been a media circus full of concerned rich celebs all conveniently ignoring how the crime was allowed to happen in the first place.

The McCann's family spokesman Clarence Mitchell said the couple had committed no offence under UK law or any other country's law.

So because no one wants to prosecute neglectful parents that makes it ok? the UK went to the trouble of writing out a young persons act in 1933 so I actually think its an offence in at least one country .

It reminds me of parents who drown their children and then fight in the courts to get off with it. Maybe I'm the type of person to feel guilty if I had done such a thing that whatever happened to me I'd figure that I deserved it.

I don't want the McCanns to go to prison for their neglect, I think in this case that would be counterproductive and not very popular. I want them to admit neglect and for the government to announce that its not ok to leave yer toddlers home or in another country while on holiday unsupervised while you go out and enjoy yerself , sure popping into the back garden to hang up yer washing is ok but to physically leave the premises out of ear shot while you drink wine and enjoy the witty conversation of yer friends is not acceptable.

It fucking well annoys me the attitude and pussy footing around this case, finding a technical legal loop-hole supported by the international laws of a 3rd world country does not make it right.

I was raised to be respectful of authority figures and that included Doctors as they were supposed highly educated but these two Doctors are fucking mongs as are many other authority figures these days.

I now value those with common sense more than those with power over others and diplomas .

False Alarm

If we got a clear as picture as this on the news programmes and web sites then we could see it wasn't Madeleine. It strikes me as manipulation by the press to tease you into tuning in.

The girl in the picture wasn't Madeleine McCann. Journalists tracked her down and found her to be Bushra the daughter of an olive farmer, she is a Moroccan of Berber origin.

Unrelated the directors of Madeleine's Fund announced they have spent about £300,000 so far. Much of the money has been spent on poster campaigns, private investigators and the McCanns' living expenses.

Everyone Sees Her Too Late

Is this the image of Madeleine McCann that was taken in Morocco 3 weeks ago by a Spanish tourist? I saw it on the telly and to me it did look like her and she seemed out of place with the people she was with. A part of me hopes she is long dead and her suffering is over, I also pray that she is quickly returned and they didn't harm her, its a sad case all round, those sick bastards that took her will pay.

Comedian Patrick Kielty has apologised for jokes he made about missing child Madeleine McCann. While doing a show in Dublin he asked the audience to vote on the McCann's innocence and this caused a few mongs to walk out. The London audience last week didn't have any trouble with it.

Another comedian Sean Hughes also apologised after making a joke around the time of the McCanns' visit to Pope Benedict, I wonder if he said something like , "Now they are asking the Pope if he has anything to do with it, don't priests only like boys?" wait a minute I was the one that said that.

Shame on the both of yous making jokes at the expense of others, I actually met Kielty once and I must say while I stood at the next urinal draining the old lizard he did not make me laugh once, he did make me mad when he kept glancing doon at my huge cock though.

Yes its time for another McCann post. After 4 months the Portuguese police (trained by the Key stone cops) have partial DNA results that say there was 'traces' of Madeleine's blood in her mother Kate McCann's car.

Kate is now named as a suspect. I don't trust anything the Portuguese police have to say as well its a 3rd world nation that knows fuck all, if English isn't yer first language then away and fuck, God speaks English why can't you?

It would explain a lot of the McCanns odd behaviour after Madeleine was abducted but I don't think they are guilty of murder. I do however believe them to be guilty of child neglect.

Waiting weeks after she is abducted to do TV appearances in other countries, visiting the Pope, taking a week off to grieve and letting off 50 balloons to mark 50 days missing is not determination, poor wee gurl, she never stood a chance with such stupid parents.

Recently Gerry McCann's wallet was stolen from his pocket, to me its like they will do anything to stay in the news, nothing very constructive, the people that claim to have seen Madeleine did fuck all but call the police and by that times they were gone and was it her or just a waste of time?No doubt there will be a touching music video showing the gurl and it will get to # 1 in the charts and the McCanns will get to continue their around the world we are now famous holiday.
Like charities the other not so well advertised ones get less money, how many children that have a hope of being returned (the first 24 hours are make or break) are being ignored and put in danger because this one is bigger and more popular?

He had just taken some money out of the cash machine and didn't notice it being stolen (sound familiar?) the wallet contained pictures of his daughter.

Time To Grieve

The parents of missing Madeleine McCann say they will spend the coming week reviewing the campaign to find her and allowing themselves time to grieve.
This was after going to the Pope, what she isn't alive now? c'mon get out there, a week off? do you really care for her?The couple have travelled across Europe in an effort to find Madeleine, four, who went missing in Portugal on 3 May.

On a sickening turn a woman in Staffordshire has been arrested when she went to a number of hooses claiming to collect money for the Madeleine McCann fund, she was released on bail.
During a press conference in Germany the McCanns were asked:
"How do you feel about the fact that more and more people seem to be pointing the finger at you, saying the way you behave is not the way people would normally behave when their child is abducted and they seem to imply that you might have something to do with it?"Looking horrified, Mrs McCann immediately stepped in with an answer:

"To be honest, I don't actually think that is the case. I think that is a very small minority of people that are criticising us. The facts are that we were dining very close to the children and we were checking them very, very regularly. You know, we are very responsible parents and we love our children so much and I think it is only a very few people that are actually criticising us."

What? responsible? in what world is that behaviour responsible? leaving children that young sleeping or not is no way responsible, how many times did you actually check on them? stupid bastards, so how did yer responsible parenting work out then? I can't believe they still think they did all possible to prevent this occurring and then theres the normal life crap and dragging yer feet after the event, looking sad doesn't cut it, you don't wait a month and then, after you've seen the Pope do the numerous TV appearances.

Its amazing how much white respectable people will be let off with, poor people would have been jumped all over for this. I'm glad someone is finally asking them these questions as I have been doing from the start, and no Mrs McCann its more people than you think, yer bubble of well wishers and yes people wouldn't dream of calling you neglectful and over 80 metres is not very close, you would of heard or saw the pedo if you were in the next room though, think about that.It pains me to think what this gurl and all the other faceless nameless kids are going through right at this very moment in time and it angers me that I can't stop it.

In a bid to get their missing daughter back the McCanns are to see Cats the musical. Mr McCann said earlier," We have mixed emotions about the decision to see Cats but this is what Madeleine would have wanted, the wife wanted to see 'Rent' but its no time to be thinking about ourselves what kind of people do you think we are?"

In addition to above we try to attend various church services during the week, and make multiple phone calls to family and friends. We try to watch the main news early morning and late evening but have had almost no time to read the newspapers or even look at the pictures!

Kate is a keen runner and in the last few days has tried to include a run in the daily routine. Yesterday (Sat) at 7am we ran to the monument at the top of the steep cliff overlooking Praia de Luz. We reached it in 19 minutes.

He then said the goodness that had been generated by "one evil act" had restored his faith and yes he would let God and prayers babysit the other two children they have. Those kids are still in the evil Algarve hopefully being looked after by Mr McCann's sister.

The McCanns have decided to eventually travel to Morocco where a tip was given over a week ago and also to Germany (the pedo fatherland) probably to see a Witchdoctor and a Shaman.

There has been a lot of talk about Madeleine McCann the 3 year old gurl who was snatched from her bed when she was left alone with 2 year old brother and sister while her parents ate at a near by restaurant in Portugal. Yes it was a terrible thing to happen and I hope they get her back unharmed and catch the person responsible .
I do not fall for media hype as much as some do, the press saturate the news with one story and it becomes so important and people who usually don't give a fuck about anything even take an interest.

I will play the race card for the sake of all the coloureds out there, Madeleine is a cute white gurl from a civilised nation if it was a black or brown child maybe not so cute from poor parents would they get so much coverage? would people take doon their blogs just to put her story up or get people on comments to visit their blogs? well children go missing every day but with this case people are going into over time, makes you wonder if all their intentions are true. Theres an expression when someone doesn't include you in something you say "what am I a nigger?" not a nice expression but it makes my point .

Three year old Madeleine McCann is feared abducted from her bed in a holiday apartment in Portugal.

It was noticed she was gone last Thursday just before 10 pm local time, her two year old twin brother and sister were also in the apartment but were fine.

Her parents were out eating at a nearby restaurant and kept popping back to check on them.Yes her parents are distraught naturally enough, its a terrible thing to happen and I hope the gurl gets back to her family unharmed even though they are now scaling doon the search.

The parents, what the fuck where you thinking you fuckwits? two, 2 year olds and a 3 year old alone in the hoose, I don't give a fuck how close the restaurant was, not close enough to hear someone come in through the window, not close enough if one of the children woke up screaming from a bad dream not close enough to care for them and because you were stupid bad parents the unspeakable happened.

Never NEVER leave toddlers unsupervised, the holiday complex offered creche and babysitting services, being cheap was no excuse .

No doubt the parents will be torturing themselves for years to come as they did enable the fucker to do his business uninterrupted, maybe you should have yer other children taken away for their own safety.
